I wrote this for my "children" - two wee West Highland White Terriers (Or should that be terrors?) Poppety One and Poppety Two,
Poppety Three lives in the zoo,
In the polar bear enclosure,
Its so high she can't get over!
Keeper thinks she is a bear!
Perhaps she is, should you be there?

You could be just as easily be writing this for children with two legs. However should you have written this for children i would say far too simple. I don't think this would capture their attention at all. Sure your dogs will appreciate the sentiment however! | It is fun! Written by sueflu (18 comments posted) 13th October 2006 | Is this a poem for.......what was that word you used in that review? Of course not! It's a fun, simple poem. Children can enjoy simple poetry. When they are first learning poetry, they love funny sounding words like --poppety! Just FYI--line three and four do not exactly rhyme. I've heard that's important in rhyming poems. But I liked it! | FROM BONNIE Written by Josie (2849 comments posted) 11th November 2006 | | I am Bonnie, Josie's grandaughter. Your poem made me laugh and it was brilliant. LOL I thought it was like a song. It's not far too simple, and I am 8 years old and really loved it. | Hello Bonnie!
