It's a shame the Plain English Campaign doesn't have a higher profile. If half the business proposals I have to read were written according to its guidelines, I'd still have all my hair. So dispense with the "it is envisaged that..." and "in terms of..." and learn to keep your writing (and not just business writing) snappy and worthy of the Crystal Mark.
