Time line -- open for correction

An attempt to straighten things in my mind at least . If it breaks the canon , please let me know . There are two Lady Nascents , which can be confusing,

I have also had to commit a bit of mayhem among the bluebloods

Time line for the Nascents

1922 Lady Nascent 1 born . She was an only daughter.

1940 Lady Nascent 1 married a serviceman , not named in the canon

1940 Old Lady has a son with wartime speed

Husband killed in war

Parents killed in bombing

Lady 1 inherits the manor through husmand's will

1941 Mrs Day born

1960 Naughty Cavortings : The son , Mrs Day , Doris too it seems as well as others

1960 Lady 1 disappears -- but returns in 1962

1965 Unmarried , the son dies of drug overdose . Male line dies out

Lady 1 becomes a recluse

1994 Lady 1 dies

1994 -- 2005 Manor is first left in charge of old caretaker under the control of lawyers, When he goes the house gradually falls into disrepair until.....

2005 When the present Lady Helen arrives

This I hope may explain a few things -- if it is confused , let me know

Lady Nascent 1 -- her story from 1960 to 1962

I am utilising material sent to me by this site's very own Nascent who sent me a summary about the Lady Nascent 1 and Helen to which I have freely added -- see below

Tired and stressed by her son's behaviour and indulgence in drugs , Lady Nascent 1 went abroad , and met up with a very distant cousin overseas ( NZ perhaps ?) She fell madly in love with him , though he was married . They had a short but passionate affair , which ended when he returned to his wife .

After 1962 they had a couple of interchanges of letters and cards and she learned of Helen ( 2) 's birth in 1970

Her will designated Helen as new owner of the Manor . The village seems to regard Helen as a LADY though she has no real title as such .

We're lucky to have you doing all the grounding and details on this thing. And what you have written seems fine to me. I am not that old - but then again, I'm not really the character so I guess it doesn't matter.
Reverse !

A pox and a murrain on that button that entraps arthritic fingers !!

I was about to say :

You young , made old !

Me old , made young !

[ I am 77 by the way .]

I won't emphasise who it was who turned your character into a Miss Marple -- but I followed the line .

Regards and thanks !

Just spotted a possible error? Wouldn't lady nascent 1 have inherited the Manor from her parents?

Also can we have a name for lady nascent 1 as it does get confusing!!
How about : Grace?
