Lorraine Part Eleven

Sorry guys.  I'm at uni now and just sitting in my room crying.  I have met no one.  Anyway, I wrote a story a while back called Lorraine - you'll find it if you go to page 5 or 6 of the extended works section.  Perhaps it should really be in the non fiction part.  As I have nothing else to do, I will just tell you what happens.  My whole life is now messed up, as evidenced by the fact my old account no longer works - hence my slightly different username.  I'm sorry there is no happy ending.

You are a wonderful writer. I was so impressed with the work you did before. I do hope you will do some more - maybe on a different topic, but you are gifted, and if you are lonely, then maybe writing will make you feel better. I think a lot of people spend time at University crying - its not necessarily the easiest place to make friends. But maybe they have a writing club. I do hope things will get better for you. And I look forward to more of your writing.

Hang in there!

Hi Amy! I'm so sorry you're feeling low - it's a feeling I've had before, and it's awful, isn't it?

I remember when i first joined this site, you were the first person to review my work, and that meant so much to me, coming from a fine writer like yourself.

As Jean said, maybe they have a writing club you could join. I know I often pour my feelings out in my writing. I'm sure you'll make friends soon, and I hope things will soon improve for you. Please don't stop writing, I love your work.

It may not be much help to you, but if you ever need to get anything off your chest, I am only a PM away.

Take care

I totally agree with jean.day and LynB, you’re very talented, Amy. I enjoyed reading your previous chapters of ‘Lorraine’ and been looking forward to more. Please don’t give up.
Take care.
