Dripping

Just something that came to mind - when I was doing nothing. Nowhere near any dripping taps. Perhaps my mind was dripping out of my brain from boredom? hmmm

Drip...drip...drip
 That universal annoying sound.
 Drip...drip...drip
Brains melting from the harsh washing.
 Drip...drip...drip
Raindrops falling onto the dusty ground.
 Drip...drip...drip
The drink spilling to the floor from your broken bottle.
 Drip...drip...drip
 Tears shed over spilled milk.
 Drip...drip...drip
Saliva falling from their hungry mouths (never making a sound)
 Drip...drip...drip
Blood wasted and washed into the street.
 Drip...drip...drip
Sweat that forms on the weary travellers brow.
 Drip...drip...drip
Vomit trickling out of the wasted and distraught.
 Drip...drip...drip
The mop cleaning the floor, the never-ending filth that must be cleaned.
 Drip...drip...drip
 ...Make it stop.

That's life! Yes and a dripping tap is an old chinese water torture isn't it. Says it all really.
