AIDS

 
Cause Of Negligence

Death Of Mine

Attacking Incurable Disease Sensibly

Apply Intelligence Dealing Sex

Always Insist Doing Safely

 
Careful Option

No Disease

Only Merry

Aids of AIDS!

An nice approach, though I'm afraid the last three lines of the first stanza were a bit different from the rest.  
 
The last line's a very good one.

They've mentioned today on the news that there are so very many people in India who have AIDS - more now than in Africa. You're doing your best to get the message across Johnny. (What's "Only Merry?") Thanks.
