Heather Mills inundated with offers....

I`m not really obsessed by the Mills/Mcartney story...honest

Following her television interview in which she stated that she would rather lose all her limbs than go through the ordeal of the last few weeks, Heather Mills says she has been swamped with letters from people offering to do it for her.
`This just shows how much the public love me and can see what a genuine human being I am` a tearful Heather said this morning. `I even had a call from an old age pensioner in Bradford who said he was willing to spend his winter fuel allowance on a brand new chain saw from Band Q`
Heather said the calls had come just when she was feeling at her most vunerable and it had renewed her determination to take Macca for every penny he`d got...

I just bet your an old Beatle fan aren't you woody. It shows. Cruelly funny, and that last sentence really says it all. A well judged bit of spite and sharp humour.
Cheers

Course you're not obsessed honey...just keeping taking the ginko banana, you'll be right as rain in no time...

Liked this woody, I'll bet there are many people out there who'd club together to fund a bandsaw for Heather...very good

Was it Paul who was responsible for 'The Frog Chorus?'

I'll bet there are a few Lennon fans cheering her on.

Enjoyed this. All the best, Phil.

Hello sir, and well done. Why he married that bint in the first place leaves me stumped. No doubt she'll be having a good old knee up when she gets her cut of his hard earned millions.

Cheers

I laughed at this. I'm sure there are two sides to the story, but as a dedicated Beetles fan, I know whose side I am gong to believe.
Thanks all..

Very funny, Woody. I'm way behind with this story, so this has got me sorted. As someone else noted, the "snippet" style is really effective. Liked the "winter fuel allowance" sacrifice - never heard of Band Q - isn't that part of the Council Tax? Enjoyable stuff. Cheers.
Snappy

Enjoyed this Woody. I also agree the 'snippet' approach works. It might be an idea to include 2/3 items under a single posting. I did that myself at the very beginning and am thinking og going back to it.[ ie more, but shorter ]. For now both for this and the tabloid truth alongside I felt each suited Not News very well. Snappy and tot he point.

Slan!
Thanks both...

Thanks David. I believe BandQ is some form of deviant sex act....

Good afternoon Gerard. Yes I agree about several items under one posting, in fact this is what I also did at the beginnning. Much better and less time consuming all round. Thanks for your valuable time and comments...
