EUTHANASIA

In a cage of cloth I lie

And who shall know my pain?

Thus pass judgement on my life

And say I must remain.

In prison walls I lie

In the prison of my mind

And who shall say, ‘it is gods will'.

When this god I cannot find.

Dying slowly, here I lie

Where are all the joys of life?

Cocooned within another's care.

Their pity like a knife.

Within this body here I lie

And watch it waste away

Have Mercy on this hapless soul

Give me not another day

suggestions
cage of pain (cloth)
replace thus with they
who can know my pain or how can they know my pain
in the prison of my mind -imprisoned in my mind
