Prescott body found off Scottish coast

A little bit lame I know but I couldn't resist :)

Experts are trying to decide how best to dispose of the body of John Prescott, recently found washed up on a Scottish beach. The public are being warned to stay clear of the beach as Mr Prescott's clothes were unfortunately lost sometime after he drowned. A spokesperson from the council advised local residents to stay in their houses,

'Traces of Mr. Prescott have been found as far away as Elgin although it is thought that they are harmless at these lower concentrations. However, for those living closer to the affected area the risks could be severe. The local hospital has been swamped with worried residents who fear they have been exposed to harmful levels of Mr. Prescott. We are advising anyone suffering from nausea, dizziness, blindness or the temptation to thump someone in the face to contact NHS Direct for further tests.'

Twenty people have already been referred to hospital and three have been transferred to an isolation ward after giving a positive reaction to the custard pie test. Two of these individuals are described as being in a critical but stable condition however doctors are increasingly concerned about the welfare of the third admission who has already eaten the entire contents of three bakeries - his condition is said to be deteriorating fast.

In a disturbing twist to this tale Madonna has also tested positive for increased levels of Prescott leading to speculation that she may be about to relaunch her career again. The BBC website has posted a live tracker to detail her movements and people across the world are urged to be vigilant and take to their houses at the first sign of a concert near them.

UPDATE: As the epidemic spreads the list of symptoms has been updated to include a mysterious attraction to jaguar car dealerships and a loss of the ability to speak coherently... [cheers BBS :) ]

UPDATE 2: It is also thought that the growing epidemic of penile diminishment syndrome in Yorkshire may be related to this incident...more to follow...

BBS is going to upset when she hears of the demise of her favourite politician.

Not lame Elli. Some really funny bits in this. Well worth the read and a good laugh.

All the best, Phil.

Bloody hell even dead the bugger is still a danger to humanity. The worst thing was that his clothes have been lost; Presscot naked, an image that will haunt me all week. You forgot some important symptons Elli: the need to acquire Jaguar cars, especially in pairs and the inability to construct a coherent sentence. We are going to have to face facts and isolate the infected people, an oil tanker in the Atlantic is best. We cannot take the chance of Presscotitis becoming an empidemic it's just to horrible to contemplate
This wasn't lame at all, sick, perverted and diablolical in concept but not lame
cheers

..the cocktail sausage for a willy.

As has been said Elli, this isn't at all lame. I think any more absurd would have been overboard, but you kept it on the right level, so thumbs up from me.

Cheers

Yep, I also think you've hit the right level of absurdity here Elli. Does this affect insurance premiums on bakeries? Entertaining.

Great fun. Did they test his remains for radioactivity?
Inhuman remains...

Lovely bit of nonsense Elli. I believe the seawater desalination plant in Edinburgh has also been closed down as a precautionary measure.

Is Prescott an airborne pathogen?

We may have to cull some of his closests associates to prevent a pandemic.

Penile diminishment syndrome? Hehehehe! This cold weather is enough to cause that!

Had a good old chuckle at this - Jabba The Hut has been a little less high profile of late, maybe he has fallen off a boat - we can but hope!

Not been here that long and still trawling the back issues!

Found some gems of which this is one.

And just because he's an easy target doesn't mean we can't keep hitting him!

Good stuff
