CHIPS (Mostly a visual sketch) (One Man James - One Woman Jennifer ) SCENE: 1 (James is alone in evening dress - suave smart - well spoken. He is playing roulette at a casino table. The camera follows a couple of throws of the dice with James winning and collecting the gaming chips. JAMES: (picking up his cigarettes from the table and getting up speaking to the manager as he does so) So! I live another day Oliver. (Hands Manager gaming chips) Keep these safe for me okay! SCENE 2: (next evening in a Restaurant James and Jennifer are dressed up for dinner - both looking affluent. They have just finished eating the remains of the meal are on the table. Jennifer gets out her compact and re-touches her lipstick. James pays the bill with his credit card). JAMES: Thank you my man - compliments to the chef. (James and Jennifer leave the restaurant arm in arm and the camera follows them out into the street. They walk along a few more yards and James notices the flashing lights of a Casino and his eyes light up(Not literally - although it might be funny!) The camera hones into the word CASINO - the audience made aware but Jennifer is not. JAMES: (Guiding Jennifer by the arm towards the Casino and in a very affluent voice) Come on Jennifer old girl. How about ten pounds worth of chips? JENNIFER (holding her stomach and surprisingly in a very common voice) Gaw'd blimey James...couldn't eat that many chips in one go... anyway, I'm stuffed, I've only just 'ad me dinner! END
