Tamper's comment about carrying on this theme got me thinking. Apologies to Tamper, I'm not nicking the idea, just running with the concept!

EXT: ANTARCTIC TUNDRA. Frozen barren landscape stretches for miles, while harsh snow whips and dances through the air. In the midst, we focus on a small Antarctic RESEARCH BASE.

INT: RESEARCH BASE. Amid shelves full of boxes of research equipment, huddle two researchers, FAT and THIN, nursing (by now obligatory) steaming cups of cocoa  and staring out into the frosty snowscape beyond. FAT is quiet and irritable, while THIN is compelled to fill silences.

Suddenly there's a knock at the door. Both spill their drinks, cursing.

FAT puts down the mug and standing up, looks out the window.

FAT "How tall are the penguins round here?"

Thin "Dunno, two, maybe two and a half feet"

FAt "In that case, there's a nun at the door..."
