EXT: ARCTIC TUNDRA. Frozen barren landscape stretches for miles, while harsh snow whips and dances through the air. In the midst, we focus on a small Arctic RESEARCH BASE.

INT: RESEARCH BASE. Amid shelves full of boxes of research equipment, huddle two researchers, FAT and THIN, nursing (by now obligatory) steaming cups of cocoa  and staring out into the frosty snowscape beyond. FAT is quiet and irritable, while THIN is compelled to fill silences.

FAT puts down the mug and standing up, looks out the window.

says to Thin

"Was it you or your brother got killed in the war?"

Aha! Someone's risen to the challenge of keeping this going!

I like the idea that we could be writing for a TV sketch show with recurring characters. Might be fun to see what people come up with....

Nice one kevinrobson73! Do I get the impression that the enforced solitude is making them slightly cuckoo?? ;)
