A tad prolix for my taste. If you can't reduce text to bare bones, like Mango, then at least format it as a sodding script. Enter Stage Right. Exeunt.

Methinks you don't get it, David! I guess you're no "mastermind"! :grin

Mum's gone to Iceland. Methinks it still reads like too much of a Norse saga. Reduce to one word: "Pass".

Less isn't always more. I loved this, Oli - a perfect tribute. :)

Magnus Passedon almost works. Liked yours so much more.

You could have sold this one to the Reykjavík Evening News if you'd been quick enough. Do you think they go for puns up there?

Letters & words

23 letters, seven syllables, five words, three punctuation marks, one sentence. It is a complete story, it has a start, a middle (the comma), and a finish -- and it describes so very well the human condition.

I probably don't get it either, but it could be humorous in the right company.

Too bad that's a comma splice.
