I want to be myself I may not be what you expect I don’t look at myself with regret It’s who I am that makes me real It’s how I think, how I feel Make no mistake I know my way It may not show in what I say My skills could be a little rough But what I know is enough So see me as I really am See me when no other’s can I am complete, I am whole Me and mine, this very soul
