99-cent Store

A fun read.

Are you broke?
Are you poor?
Then head on over to the 99 cent store
Some are big some are small
but for 99 cents it can’t be a mall.
That is where I got these flip-flops
though a size too big
so they make the sound
clip-clop when I walk.
They have everything from
soap to frozen food
maybe some knockoff
perfume to put your man
in the mood.
Though the bread expires in a day
just pick off the mold I’m sure it’s ok.
They have panties and after-shave
even toys for kids that behave.
Everything you need is there
so it’s 99 cents, what do you care?
At least you will eat
have socks to put on your feet
cleaning supplies to make your house neat.
No need to hide who you are
just run from the exit to your car.
So I will tell you again as I did before
if you are broke, if you are poor
head on down to the 99 cent store!

We have similar in the UK. They're called pound shops over here. Lked the bit about hiding who you are as f you're embarrassed to be seen entering or leaving.
