she loves me, she loves me not

She loves me, she loves me not

As I sit hear picking off the petals of this rose I say to my self,
She loves,
She loves me not,

As each petal falls to the floor I think of you,
The way you always make me smile,
The way you always make me feel,

She loves,
She loves me not,

I also think of the way I have hurt you,
I only hurt you because I cant express my self,
All those mean and nasty things I said,

She loves,
She loves me not,

Then I think of your beauty,
Your deep lovely eyes,
Your long luscious hair,

She loves,
She loves me not,

As I come to the last petals,
I'm feeling will she love me,
Or will she not,

She loves,
She loves me not,

As look at the petals on the rose,
I see there are only two,
My heart sinks

She loves,
She loves me not,

She loves me not

Such a sad poem but beautifully written. I enjoyed reading this.
