Oooh. I've been run of my feet this week, and no mistake. I could certainly do with a nice cup of tea and a sit down. But there's no rest for the wicked, and since the summer telly's gone all rubbish, there's no excuse for tardiness. Nascent's handed me a bunch of links and stuff to plug on this page this week. And yes, I'm looking for a Pick of the Week too.

I should mention this more regularly, but if you have some local writing event, competition, or summer fete featuring a lady with a big dress with lots of pockets in and you pick a piece of paper out of one of the pockets that reveals which tin of shortbreads you've won, then why not write the details on the back of an email and post it to:
