Lost
By maj
16 June 2005

Tears line my face like the raindrops from heaven,

as my ship is devoured by the ocean blue.

The torrent waves drown my dreams.

In silence, i sit and watch.

Helplessly within my mind,

i search for a harbour to anchor my soul.

Lost. So very lost.

So once again i set sail on another ship.

Maybe this time, the waves will be calmer.

I like this Maj, and wished that it was longer, but can see why you finished there, I felt like this about 4 years ago!

I really like this piece maj.

Although I don't have experiences to relate it to, it reminds me of the beginning of Twelfth Night "What is this place..." etc.

It brings across a feeling of hopefulness, coupled with the inevitable knowledge that nothign lasts forever... should be confusing, but as humnas, it's pretty much what we are :)
