Southpaw Joe

talking about remembrance,
and how old warriors
fade into the shadows,

The Willows, Salford?

I think this is the best of all your posts in terms of poetry. It carries more than the obvious and requires a bit of thinking from the reader.

Phil.
Thanks

Phil, you are correct I have taken the Willows name but in this piece the Willows is a cemetary.
