You take one step at a time and learn to walk before you can run I just jump in leaps and bounds I find it far more fun
Maybe life has taught you that once bitten is twice shy But if I'm going to fail and fall I'd rather it be from up high
You keep a check on your feelings and don't jump in feet first I just feed my passions 'cos I'm hungry and have a great thirst
You always prefer to ponder and consider it for a while I prefer to blurt it out when I should shut up and smile
Patience is a virtue, and caution is wise, it's said But I would rather rush in where angels fear to tread |
