Frozen Tundra Quickie

EXT: ANTARCTIC TUNDRA. Frozen barren landscape stretches for miles, while harsh snow whips and dances through the air. In the midst, we focus on a small Antarctic RESEARCH BASE.

INT: RESEARCH BASE. The interior is not as before. There are balloons hanging up and paper chains festooning the ceiling. THIN wears a paper hat and has a large badge pinned to his parka with the words ‘Birthday Boy' emblazoned upon it.

FAT tears off the first layer

FAT "Right, pass the parcel?"

THIN "Is it a ... penguin?"

THIN (feigning mounting excitement) "Is it a ... penguin?"

I love ultra-short writing that captures moments as though they were bubbles.
I still luv this one.

On the dock the only way to say thank you is to find a work by the person concerned that you like.

This always makes me laugh.
