A painful goodbye
By -jellyacey-

it's been a while...
okay so this poem I made out of boredom...
So it's really bad....
sorry...

XOXO

note:the line "every kiss was as bad as every touch"..I don't know if it makes sense...so...SORRY again...

I guess the last line only tells the recipient...though they're going separate ways, the author [me] tells him [because the one speaking is a girl...I know it's subtle..sorry..and most of you would think it's a guy] that it started when she let herself fall for him...and she is assuring him that it will find nobody else unless he tells her heart to. So it's kind of like the guy has the power to change her heart or something..[sorry again for making the authors introduction longer than the poem itself...]

Goodbye my love, though this is not the end,
we have to wait for our hearts to mend.
And when that day comes I will look for you,
I will do everything just to see you.

It pains me to see you go,
knowing that I love you so.
We've been hurting each other too much,
Every kiss was as bad as every touch.

Though we have to leave you have to know,
It is you that I love so,
I will never forget that faithful day
when you said "I love you more and more everyday"

When we see each other again one day,
I will never let you go away,
it started with the day I let my heart fall for you
and it will only end if you tell it to.
