In memory of Grandpa Joe

Grandpa,
I miss you.
How fearless you were!
You showed me all of those gadgets.
The way you were so friendly,
Even bus drivers stopped to wave.
How you wore your cap.
Sherbet lemons and toffees in the sweets cupboard!
I'm so sorry you had to go,
A true inspiration to me
Never forgotten,
"God bless"

For me this was very touching. Its always the little things about someone that we hold dear. It's those little things that illuminate their character.

I'm sorry for your loss,

Best wishes
