Dance With Me
By rilLie
10 April 2007
again, returning out of the blue. I haven't written in a long, long while, and I'm really nervous. :| Anyways, I wrote this before going to sleep while watching "Music Station" on Animax... and I sort of just doodled it. Classes are over, and I'm free, with lots of time to spare. :) I hope you like it.. or at least not tear my head off. :P Comments and Suggestions are welcome.

Dance with me where
the broken toys play
and lead me there when
night becomes day.

With strength and with courage
I want to see you dive.
Dive into dephths of sea,
to fight for what is right.

I want to hear you laugh
and I want to see you grin
to find that you enjoy
what blessings time would bring.

I want to see you hold on
to nothing but a thread
to see you doubltlessly hope
and believe til the end.

I want to hear you sing the song,
a song that lasts forever,
and see your lips form those words,
your heart and soul would gather.

Until my heart stops beating
and 'til when time is already gone,
Won't you hold me 'til then,
and then my world would run.

Dance with me where
the broken toys play
and lead me there when
night becomes day.

Hi rilLie. Good to see you back on the site.

Not one of my favourites, but I enjoyed the melody and mystery of the first and last.
