You're Not Alone
By LilGryphMaster

This was written in response to a letter I recieved. It has a relation to the Crimson Goddess poem, but I won't go into that.

I caught a glimpse of you
Back from whence I came
I know where you are now
I can sense your pain

I've crawled through the valleys
I was drenched in the rain
I've died in the alleys
I've been buried by shame

You're not alone...
Not in your sorrow,
Your anger, your pain

I've felt what you're feeling
I've seen what your seeing

Open your eyes
Shed your fears
Silence your cries, dear
Wipe away the tears

Escape from this madness
Crawl from the darkness

I'm here for you now
Grab hold of my hand

I love this

We all need someone to grab hold of sometimes, even if for the briefest of comforts.

I haven't read much of your poems, but this is among the best of the best that I have read...in a long time. Great, awesome, super job!! :)

i love this too. It has such heartfelt emotion oozing from it. The empathy and feeling strikes you instantly. The rhythm of it is a little hard to follow, but the words more than compensate.
