We've already talked about the excellent Lulu.com as a way of getting your work published in papery form. However I feel duty-bound to point out that other services are available, such as the UK-based Publish and be Damned. Their cost structure is a bit warped (i.e. it sounds more free than it actually is), but you have to commend them for coming up with a clever name that sounds a bit like "Publish on Demand". There's a word for that, but I can't remember what it is.
