There is sometimes truth in lager

Scene : Typical English pub

Two men are sitting at the bar, sipping slowly at their bitter.

MAN 1:           So what do you think about god? Do you think he exists?

At that moment, the barmaid calls out last orders. The lights in the bar flash.  She then quickly disappears into the back, thus denying them their last pints.

MAN 2:           Well, there is something out there working against us, that’s for sure.

Hi Minimango

This is quite a pleasant gag and well constructed.

It's difficult to review this without knowing if there is a series of gags still to come from these characters.

I'll just have to wait and see.

Regards

Clearly constructed, amusing, but not side-splittingly funny. As a stand alone gag, not sure it could hold its own. As part of a quick fire sequence, it could work well.

Phil.
