Yes, it happened this morning

I woke up to a plate of snow flakes for breakfast

I heard the wind howling outside

The rain also came to the party

I heard the pitter-patter against my window

I realized the first snow in twenty six years

The grass rejoiced at the sight

The trees accepted the invitation to change to white

Friends had never experienced snow in their lives

The sun came out after dawn

It did not appreciate the arrival of the snow

The rays of the sun slowly melted the snow flakes away!
