If anyone can actually guess what the poem is about i'll be pleseantly surprised.
The answers at the bottom of the poem, just so it may make more sense.
The horror that I witness
during my "liberation"
is very real indeed
they say each step
descends you further into madness
out here, there are no rules.
I'm but a solitary soldier
wandering through a wasteland,
endless fields of neon green,
a shimmering ocean segregated
in the background.
But i'm not sight seeing
i have a mission, a fat man,
the dictator, execute with extreme prejudice.
What he's done to this world.......
It's enough to make wanna throw up.
TOP RIGHT! COCONUT!
RUN!!! RUN!!!
Theres a damn monkey
in the far right, 2 o'clock
in the palm tree, waiting
I should have seen him
he's movin' far too fast
to see properly, I have
to get this jump just
right, too high
and i'll overshoot him,
too low and he'll get
me, it's pointless to
think, It's all up to
chance. I jump...
POP! The monkey meets an abrupt end
at the hands of my feet.
A little blue bird emerges from a puff of smoke,
I stand in the field for a while
feeling the ground beneath my feet,
filled with nothing but the feeling of pure self satisfaction.
I take a deep breathe
and move on.
Good God i loved that game.
