Poor Balder was slain by you
Oh little white mistletoe
But I wish I had you near
To reduce some of my fear
For I am not very sure
Just how long I can endure
She loves me? She loves me not?
How I love her... Such a lot

He was accidently slain by his blind brother Hod, the god of the night, when he tossed a branch of mistletoe at him. It doesn't bare a connection to the rest of the poem, but somehow I had to think of it.
