Does anyone know under which topic I can advertise my short story competition in this forum?
I'm worried that I am not allowed to do so. It is not a commercial competition.

I advertise competitions frequently on the "Advice from the Community" board - though I'm not the organiser of them all! I suggest you might do the same. Good luck.
