I live my life like it was just a dress rehearsal
Many costumes and expressions i have worn to represent my soul
I don't know if its meant to be so
But I'll be wearing come the morning what I feel

My day to day resembles something from a tv show
A thousand varied sets and scenes I use to parade my dreams
And I don't know if its meant to be so
But I'll be marching Friday prime time so tune in

If you don't go, You will never know
How can you reap what you didn't sow
Take a chance and live your life a little some
Or you might live to regret the things you haven't done

Each evening seems to last a life time when you're on your own
Each day a week, each month a year, i know the future's near
And I don't know if its meant to be so
But I'll keep smiling in the meantime all the same
