Writer's block

Is there a cure?
Perhaps it is my writing method?
Or my heavy aching mind?
Whatever the reason is
Frustration is all I find
I know I can write well
I have done it in the past
Unfortunately for me
It seems the die has been cast
Can anybody help me?
Truly
I do not want this poem to be my last...

Actually this is a request for help with writer's block. Ironically the request became a poem, albeit an ugly one. I want to write something beautiful again. Can anyone give me any tips?
