Open invitation online workshop

Postby Brett » Sun May 15, 2011 9:43 pm

For whoever may be interested in joining in (style and genre is no matter) - this Thursday (19th May) the second of open workshops will be posted up here in the Challenges forum (there is no competition, all just for fun and food for thought).
I'm hoping to have a loose theme - inspiration from imagery - the Thursday evening (from 7ish GMT?) will be a brief but I hope entertaining warm-up, then a two-part exercise will be placed up over Friday and Saturday - for any who find the dates or time inconvenient, the workshop thread will stay up and feel free to join in whenever suits.

I hope to see you there.

Cheers

Hi Brett, I can't join in right then, as a friend from the local writing group has invited me to her book launch that evening - but I will be along later, or else on Friday.

Yup, I'm keen to have a gander at what you offer. Could be fun.

I certainly hope it is fun, Keith.

Exercises start from Thursday evening and will run the weekend and staying open for any late comers until the next workshop.

Anyone else interested? Anyone fancy a stab at posting the workshop after this one?

Cheers

Ok, that's a handful of us - would it suit anyone better if it was left an hour or so later, I'm easy but if a later time suits more better then why not?

Remember that no polished pieces are to be expected but I hope someone will have the bones of something to work on as a result.

Cheers

Later would suit me a little better, but I can catch up if others want the earlier time.

Later not so good for me, but I might have some of my greying matter left. You can't please all the people.

Please post when it will be, whatever it is, so I know whether to tune in or drop out.

:)
