I shall be released while you went up on cripple creek, Brett, and much obliged for the S.E. link, though I ain't got a chest full of medals. Watched this show about the Medal of Honor and nowadays you can barely do anything short of dying to get it. Don't remembe the date of the show, but figures it offered were 5 Medal of Honor Recepients for the Iraq/Afghanistan War, 4 to them KIA, or some such numbers, real goddamn low, ain't bitching, just saying, way back during the Civil War they gave the Medal of Honor just for reenlisting.

Brett, got me on a Steve Earl kick, man, got Copperhead Road on repeat, fillin' in my own experience: Volunteered for the army on my birthday, drag the white trash first down here, anyway . . . served three tours of duty in I-rakistan . . . learned a thing or two from the muj, don't you know . . . my granddaddy built a moonshine machine the local law enforcement put in the local museum, was that good, no lyin'.

I've just rekindled an old flame for anything by Pete Doherty; especially his unreleased material for Babyshambles and The Libertines. His solo album is pretty good too. I'd recommend it to anyone.
